Just return from New Orleans Essence 2023 and I want to give praises to Mimi Travels for putting together such an amazing package.We were taken care of from the time we arrived with our ground transportation that was on time to get us to our hotel. We were provided suggestions of eateries that had awesome food and provided "Nola" atmosphere perfectly!! And the "VIP Cruise" was nothing but "fantastic for 2 full hours we were provided food, beverages, open-bar and the party scene we stay on the dancing floor. Most of all, Melody proved her first class customer service from the beginning to the end!
